This two-level 120 m² space was created by combining two apartments. The layout is divided into two zones, designed to meet the needs of the adults and their two children.
The upper level features a formal living room with a fireplace, connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as the parents’ bedroom with a spacious bathroom and wardrobe. The lower level is designed as the children’s zone — with a playroom and bedroom featuring Gotham City-inspired elements, along with an additional utility room for the washer and dryer.
The color palette is composed of shades of grey and white, accented with graphic patterns of grids and stripes. The subdued palette is complemented by oak and walnut elements, adding warmth and coziness to the interior. In the circulation area, simple glazing and glass doors were used, bringing light into the bathroom and adding a refined touch to the composition.
