The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

b. Marketing of the Controller’s own products or services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
c. Analysis of traffic within the Service, statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
d. Handling inquiries submitted via the contact form (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
e. Sending newsletters – upon prior consent of the User (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

a. For contract performance – for the duration of the contract and until the expiry of claims related to the contract

c. For analytics and statistics – until an objection to such processing is raised
d. For contact inquiries – for the time necessary to provide a response and for the possible pursuit of claims

Recipients of Users’ personal data may include:
a. Entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, such as IT service providers, hosting providers, marketing agencies
b. Entities authorised to obtain data under applicable law, such as courts or law enforcement authorities
c. Courier and postal service companies – for the fulfilment of product orders

Users’ Rights
