Full-Service Design with Supervision
from 80 Euro/m²

This option includes comprehensive project management, also during the execution phase. I am present on-site, overseeing quality and ensuring that all work aligns with the design concept. The project includes a full site survey, three layout options, 3D visualizations, complete technical documentation, a cost estimate with a shopping list, as well as design supervision, progress reporting, and ongoing problem-solving during implementation.

Full-Service Design
from 60 Euro/m²

A complete interior design project prepared for independent execution or collaboration with a trusted contractor. The scope includes a site survey, three layout options, 3D visualizations, detailed technical drawings – layout, furniture, installations, custom-built elements, flooring, and details – along with a cost estimate and a shopping list.

Simplified Design Package
from 50 Euro/m²

An option for clients who want greater budget flexibility and prefer to manage execution costs independently. The project includes a site survey, three layout options, 3D visualizations, and basic technical documentation.

Concept Design Package
from 40 Euro/m²

The most conceptual collaboration option, focused on spatial layout and overall atmosphere. This package includes a site survey, three layout options, and 3D visualizations, leaving flexibility in material selection and execution methods.

Design Consultation
from 90 Euro

A meeting for those who do not require a full design but want to validate their ideas with a professional. During the consultation, we discuss style, color palette, functionality, and technical solutions, helping to clarify direction and support informed decision-making.

Prototype Design Projects

For commercial clients, I prepare a tailored, detailed proposal defining the project scope based on the scale, function, and character of the investment.

Prototype projects for networks and repeatable formats – including retail, restaurant, and horeca concepts – are priced based on the development of a complete prototype design for a given interior type, along with its further adaptation and rollout across the network.

The process includes creating a reference concept, developing its core components, defining implementation guidelines and methodologies, as well as establishing spatial and design standards. Based on this, a detailed cost structure is prepared for individual locations within the network, always aligned with a realistic project timeline.

Fit-Out Package
from €1500

I offer a complete turnkey furnishing service, transforming developer-finished apartments into fully equipped, comfortable, and stylish rental-ready spaces. The focus is exclusively on loose furniture, décor, and kitchen equipment, creating a cohesive, functional interior with a strong visual identity.

Each project begins with understanding the apartment and its future occupants, followed by the development of a tailored interior concept and careful selection of furnishings to achieve a harmonious result. I then coordinate the sourcing of furniture, textiles, accessories, and kitchen equipment, including delivery and final installation.

The result is a fully completed, move-in ready interior, complemented by a professional photo session documenting the final outcome. The service is available in Poland, the Canary Islands, and Spain.
